About Bryce
Bryce Duke was born in Kilgore, Texas in 1985. He attended the University of Texas in Austin where he earned dual B.S. and B.A. degrees, with honors, in 2008. He then attended law school at Baylor Law School in Waco, Texas where he competed in multiple moot court competitions and served as a legal intern at the Texas House of Representatives. Bryce obtained his J.D. in 2011, graduating cum laude. Licensed to practice since 2011, Bryce started his law practice as an associate attorney with Potter Minton, P.C. in Tyler, Texas focused on a litigation in a number of practice areas including patents, contracts, and product liability. He then joined the Austin office of Hilliard & Shadowen, LLP where he worked as an associate attorney representing individuals in class action lawsuits against the world’s largest pharmaceutical companies and auto manufacturers. At Allan, Nava & Glander, PLLC, Bryce’s practice focused on representing plaintiffs in all aspects of litigation in insurance disputes and cases involving severe personal injury. In 2018, Bryce was instrumental in securing the largest property-damage related settlement in firm history. Bryce has been married to Brittney Duke since 2015. They have three children, Hank, Ruby, and Jack.
