Will Allan was born on January 8, 1973, in San Antonio, Texas. He attended Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas where he earned a B.S. in Civil Engineering in 1996. He then attended law school at Texas Tech University School of Law in Lubbock, Texas and obtained his J.D. in 1999.
