C. Christopher Raines, III is a native of Kingsport, Tennessee. He graduated from East Tennessee State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and attended the Thomas M. Cooley Law School, where he earned inclusion on the Dean’s List and participated in the Elder Law Clinic. He is licensed in all Tennessee State Courts (2011) and the Federal Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee.
