David W. Blankenship

David W. Blankenship obtained his BA in English Literature from Rhodes College in 1967 and his J.D. from the University of Mississippi in 1971. He is licensed to practice law in Mississippi and Tennessee, and is admitted to all Federal and State courts, including the U.S. Supreme Court. He is a member of the Kingsport, American, and Tennessee Bar Associations, and is a past president of the Kingsport Bar Association.
