About Carroll
Carroll Coletti concentrates his practice in the area of insurance defense (including bad faith claims), workers compensation defense, probate administration and general trial practice. He has been in the practice of law for over 28 years and has tried over 150 cases to verdict in the District and Superior Courts of the Commonwealth as well as mediated and arbitrated cases on behalf of insurers and insureds. He has particular experience in the areas of motor vehicle tort defense, general liability, workers compensation, premises liability and the defense of architects and engineers. Mr. Coletti has lectured in the areas of trial practice and evidence on behalf of the Massachusetts Defense Lawyers Association and Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education. He is a volunteer conciliator in the Brockton, Stoughton and Quincy District Courts.
