About Stephen

Mr. Duggan heads the Professional Liability Group at Lynch & Lynch. His practice, in excess of 20 years, has concentrated in the defense of professional liability claims brought against attorneys, accountants and real estate professionals. In addition to serving as panel counsel for a number of insurers writing professional liability and E & O coverage, Mr. Duggan has also served as personal counsel for professionals who are uninsured or who are being defended under a reservation of rights. In addition to serving as defense counsel, Mr. Duggan has handled numerous coverage claims involved professional liability policies. Also, Mr. Duggan has, as part of his practice, developed an active practice at the Massachusetts Board of Bar Overseers representing and advising attorneys who have been charged with violating the Professional Code of Conduct.
