About Casey

Casey K. Weidenmiller is a Shareholder and the firm’s managing member, overseeing day-to-day operations. He specializes in commercial and civil litigation, complex foreclosure and loan litigation defense, business law, intellectual property and patent litigation, land use, and zoning law. He graduated from Northwestern University in 1998 and The University of Pennsylvania Law School in 2001. Casey has been providing legal representation to Southwest Florida’s businesses, residents and visitors since 2002 and is admitted to practice in Florida. He serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of The Montessori Academy of Naples and the Vestry of Trinity-By-The Cove Episcopal Church. He is also recognized as a Rising Star Top Lawyers of Florida and AV Pre-eminent Martindale Hubbell.
