Michael L. Michetti, Jr. is the founder of the firm’s real estate department and managing partner of the marketing department. His practice focuses on commercial and residential real estate law, real estate closings, commercial lending law, corporate formation and representation, and title insurance services. He graduated from the University of Michigan (B.A., 1994) and Catholic University (J.D., 1997). He is admitted to practice in Maryland (1997), the District of Columbia (2000), and Florida (2003). Michael is active with the Naples Area Board of Realtors (NABOR) and the Bonita Springs Estero Realtors, Inc. (BSER), serving as General Counsel for BSER. He has been recognized as a Top Producer by Old Republic National Title Insurance Company multiple times and a Top Lawyer by Naples Illustrated Magazine.
