About Casey
Casey Brown is an experienced litigation attorney who has defended a wide variety of civil actions in both State and Federal Courts, including those involving paraplegia, fatality, and traumatic brain injury. Casey began her legal practice in Chicago as a Plaintiffs’ personal injury attorney before shifting focus to civil defense litigation in 2018. She has experience across multiple areas of civil litigation, including medical malpractice, construction negligence, products liability, civil rights claims, contract disputes, commercial transportation, premises liability, and general liability claims. Since moving to Michigan, Casey has devoted her practice to the defense of physicians, hospitals, and other healthcare providers.
