Admitted to practice in North Dakota in 1989 and Minnesota in 1990, Cash has over 33 years of experience representing clients in all areas of criminal defense and juvenile litigation including proactive pre-charge negotiation, pre-trial evidentiary and discovery motion practice, felony and misdemeanor jury trial and appeals. In addition to his criminal defense work Cash practices in the areas of civil rights litigation, injury/accident/wrongful death, eminent domain/property condemnation, insurance claims and general civil litigation.
