Daniel earned his undergraduate degree from the University of North Dakota with a double major in Political Science and History. He went on to complete his Juris Doctor degree at the University of North Dakota School of Law, graduating with distinction. Daniel is the firm's primary attorney in Minnesota for criminal defense cases and is licensed and practices in all courts in the states of North Dakota and Minnesota, as well as Federal Courts of North Dakota and Minnesota.
