Cecilia Carter

Cecilia works on various cases including property damage and personal injury cases. She is a graduate of Florida State University where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in English and Art History. Cecilia later graduated from the University of Florida with a J.D. and Master of Arts in Urban and Regional Planning. Following law school, Cecilia worked as a staff attorney to the Honorable Ed Carnes, Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals in Montgomery, Alabama.
