About Charles
Charles “Chip” Becker is a partner at Kline & Specter, PC, primarily responsible for the firm’s post-trial and appellate practice. He has presented arguments in all of Pennsylvania's appellate courts, New Jersey and Delaware appellate courts, and multiple federal circuit courts, including the U.S. Supreme Court. He also serves as a judge on the Pennsylvania Court of Judicial Discipline and is an adjunct professor at the University of Pennsylvania Carey School of Law.
