About Charles

Attorney Wilber grew up in Middlefield, CT and currently lives in Berlin, CT with his wife and three children. Attorney Wilber joined Secor, Cassidy & McPartland, P.C as an Associate following his graduation from the University of Connecticut School of Law. Attorney Wilber focuses his practice area on civil litigation. While in law school, Attorney Wilber obtained his Certificate in Insurance Law. Prior to receiving his law degree, Attorney Wilber worked in fund development and volunteer recruitment for the Boy Scouts of America, and as a Paramedic in Meriden, CT.
