Charles E. Traylor, born in 1989, is a fifth-generation resident of Vincennes. He attended Vincennes University and graduated from Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis (IUPUI) in 2012, completing his Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy (minor in Political Science) a semester early with Highest Distinction. Chas received his Doctor of Jurisprudence (J.D.) degree Cum Laude in 2015 from Indiana University-Bloomington Maurer. Chas was an Articles Editor of the Indiana Law Journal and is a member of Phi Delta Phi.
