About Charles

Attorney Charles Graham began his legal career in Georgia by serving as a prosecutor for the Cobb County Office of the Solicitor General. After trying hundreds of criminal cases, Charles opened his own practice in 2002. Since 2002, The Graham Firm has represented thousands of citizens throughout the state of Georgia and abroad in the areas of criminal defense, entertainment, and personal injury including big truck accidents, car accidents, motorcycle accidents, wrongful death, and slip and fall injuries. In the last decade, the firm has concentrated its efforts and resources on helping injured persons by collecting millions in verdicts and settlements. Born and raised in Gulfport, Mississippi, Charles attended Howard University (Washington, DC) where he studied microbiology and chemistry and earned his Bachelor of Science degree. Upon graduation, he was commissioned as a 2nd Lieutenant in the U.S. Army. Attorney Graham later earned his law degree at Southwestern University School of Law (Los Angeles, CA). He also has well over a decade of experience working with trucking companies and truck drivers.
