Jaela Hamilton graduated from Southern Illinois University - Carbondale in 2019 with a bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies. She joined The Graham Firm in 2021 working as a receptionist/legal secretary, quickly transitioning into her current position of Intake Manager. She utilizes her communication skills assisting new clients during the entire intake process. Jaela’s vital role as Intake Manager serves as the first layer of case evaluation, collection of evidence, and prosecution of personal injury claims.
