About Charles

Charles Simons dedicates his practice to helping working people with on-the-job injuries, having resolved over 4,000 workers’ compensation claims since joining the firm in 1996. He grew up in a blue-collar background, which helps him relate to his clients. He graduated magna cum laude from Marshall University in 1995 and earned his J.D. from Oklahoma City University Law School in 1998. He is an active member of Lawyers for Working Oklahomans, an organization focused on improving the workers’ compensation system in Oklahoma.
