About Patrick
Patrick C. Ryan is the patriarch and co-founder of Ryan Bisher Ryan & Simons in 1984. He previously served as a lawyer and administrator in state government and as a Workers’ Compensation Court judge, including five years as presiding judge. He received his J.D. in 1969.
