About Claire
Since 2011, Claire Dietrich has focused on national product liability litigation for various corporate clients, particularly automotive product liability in California. She has defended motor vehicle design and manufacturing in wrongful death and catastrophic injury cases. Claire also has experience working in-house at a major automotive manufacturer and is well-versed in California’s breach of warranty laws. She graduated from the University of San Diego Law School in 2011.
