Mr. Hein has 25 years of experience in the area of insurance defense. He honed his litigation and trial skills as a senior attorney and partner at a well-reputed and statewide defense firm in California before returning home to New York. He is a successful trial attorney who focuses his practice in all areas of liability defense, including commercial transportation, construction accidents/Labor Law, construction defects, premises liability, automobile liability, and insurance coverage litigation. Mr. Hein has a very successful track record, obtaining defense verdicts in construction and non-construction cases alike. Mr. Hein is admitted to practice law in New York State and the United States District Court, Southern and Eastern Districts, as well as formerly in the California State and Federal Courts. He earned his Juris Doctorate from Golden Gate University graduating on the Dean’s List and earning the American Jurisprudence Award for Civil Procedure.
