About Howard

Mr. Altman has over twenty years of experience as an Appellate and Motion Specialist. He has won numerous appeals involving complex Labor Law claims, construction defect claims, premises, transportation and insurance law issues. He earned his Juris Doctorate from Hofstra University School of Law in 2000 and served as the Managing Editor of the Labor and Employment Law Journal. Mr. Altman is admitted to practice law in New York State, the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, and the Second Circuit Court of Appeals.
