About Cody
Cody Allen grew up in Columbus, attending Brookstone High School. He received an academic scholarship to Georgia Southern University, graduating in 2014 with a bachelor’s degree in political science and serving as president of the Political Science Honors Society. He then attended the University of Georgia School of Law, where he was Vice President of the Tax Law Society and worked at a local law firm and the District Attorney’s Office. After being admitted to the State Bar of Georgia in 2017, Cody served as a law clerk for Judge Bobby G. Peters before joining the Law Offices of Gary Bruce in 2020. He is a member of the Columbus Bar Association and the Columbus Young Lawyers Division, and enjoys cooking and outdoor activities with his Australian Shepherd, Ruger.
