About Richard
Richard Wingate grew up in South Georgia, graduating high school in 1994. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Applied Biology magna cum laude from Georgia Institute of Technology in 1999, with a minor in Health Sciences. After working as an environmental consultant, he pursued law, earning his Juris Doctor from Georgia State University College of Law in December 2003. With over 21 years of legal experience, Richard has focused on representing injury victims. He was in partnership until late 2024. Richard is married with three sons and enjoys fishing, camping, hunting, and other outdoor activities.
