About Courtney

Courtney Kluever is a trial lawyer and Idaho native that brings 18 years of experience to Fielding Law Group. After graduating from law school at UNLV in 2007, Ms. Kluever began her career at the Office of the Public Defender in Clark County, Nevada, where she obtained multiple jury acquittals and facilitated the dismissal of many more cases through the pretrial suppression of illegally obtained evidence. In private practice, Ms. Kluever has remained dedicated to zealous advocacy on behalf of individual and corporate clients and has litigated numerous complex cases involving both civil rights and civil liabilities. Ms. Kluever holds bar licenses in Idaho, Nevada, and California, and is also fluent in Spanish. Outside of the courtroom, Ms. Kluever enjoys ballet and many other forms of art and exploring Idaho’s magnificent rivers and mountains with her son, Fox.
