About Craig

Craig Milsten is an experienced trial attorney with numerous courtroom victories, including one of the largest personal injury verdicts in York County history. He is AV-Preeminent rated by his peers and has received the Client Service award from Martindale-Hubbell. He specializes in personal injury cases, nursing home negligence, and insurance bad faith. He is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States, the United States District Courts for the Middle and Eastern Districts of Pennsylvania, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, and the York County Court of Common Pleas. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Association for Justice, and was named President-Elect of the York County Bar Association in 2023. He graduated from The American University and the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. He began his legal career as an Assistant District Attorney in York County.
