Dalynne Singleton joined the Gourley Law Group from Silverdale where she practiced Probate, Estate Planning, Guardianship and Personal Injury law for 13 years. Dalynne represents Estates and handles Probates including TEDRA (Trust Estate Dispute Resolution Act), Will Contests, Small Estate Affidavits, Ancillary Probate (where there is a need to open probate in another state), and Probate Litigation. She serves as Administrator in Estates which involve deceased plaintiffs or defendants in tort and wrongful death litigation. In the area of Estate planning, Dalynne prepares Wills, Durable Powers of Attorney, Directives to Physicians, Simple Trusts, Community Property Agreements and Revocable Living Trusts. She is also available to serve as litigation/settlement Guardian Ad Litem and arbitrator. Dalynne is licensed in Washington, a published author, listed as one of the top 100 women lawyers in Washington and a frequent speaker and lecturer. She is an EAGLE member of Washington State Association for Justice (WSAJ), a Board Member of the WA State Bar Association Disciplinary Counsel, and serves on the WSAJ Judicial Committee. She is former President of Kit sap Women Lawyers. She enjoyed serving on the WSAJ Trial Lawyer’s Board and on the WSBA Court Rules Committee as well as the Kit sap Bar Association Court Rules Committee. She has been a speaker for WSAJ on probate in personal injury matters and discovery. She has been married for 40 years, has 2 grown children and 4 grandchildren. When not working, she loves traveling, quilting and working out with her wonderful husband, Goldie who retired from PSNS, Bremerton after 40 years and is now a personal trainer.
