About Scott
Scott Hildebrand practices real property and contract law, with a specialization in evictions and ejectments. He was admitted to the Washington Bar in 2008 and the California Bar in 2007. He is also a member of the Federal Bar for the Western District of Washington. After admission to the Bar, Scott served as Association Counsel for the Master Builders Association of King and Snohomish Counties. In that capacity he represented the association drafting amendments to the Washington Condominium Act in 2007, for which he was given recognition by the National Association of Homebuilders. After leaving the MBA in 2013, he established a solo practice and joined Gourley in late 2023. In addition, he has served on the Executive Committee of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Section of the Washington Bar and is a past chair of the American Bar Association’s Section on Multifamily Housing. A graduate of Purdue Global Law School (formally Concord University School of Law) Scott lives with his wife in Issaquah, Washington. On weekends he can be found gardening, swimming, hiking and spending time with his kids and grandkids.
