Mr. Vinovich was born in Newport, Rhode Island in 1965. He graduated from Purdue University in 1987 with a double major in Political Science and History. He received his law degree from Indiana University, Bloomington in 1990 and was admitted to practice law in Indiana and the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Indiana the same year.
