Mr. Balczo was born in Northwest Indiana and graduated from Highland High School in 2012. He attended Valparaiso University, graduating with a double major in history and political science in 2016. He graduated from Valparaiso University Law School in 2019 and was admitted to the Indiana Bar and United States Federal District Court for the Northern District of Indiana in 2020. He focuses primarily on Estate Planning, Probate, and Guardianships, and also has experience in Personal Injury cases. He is the Scholarship Director and Board member of the Highland chapter of Kiwanis International.
