About Daniel
Daniel Barth graduated from UCLA in 2005 and received his master’s degree from Columbia University in 2007. He earned his JD from UCLA in 2010, where he was a managing editor of the UCLA Law Review. He joined the firm as a partner in 2022, representing labor unions and their members in litigation and administrative proceedings, and Taft-Hartley Trust Funds in ERISA litigation. He is also a certified instructor at Los Angeles Trade Tech College.
