About Daniel
Daniel E. Seaman graduated from the University of Notre Dame in 1967 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree and received his Juris Doctor Degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 1971, graduating Cum Laude and serving as Articles Editor of the Law Review. He was a VISTA Attorney, Assistant Niagara County District Attorney, Assistant Public Defender, and Niagara County Public Defender. In 2000, he merged to form Seaman, Jones, Hogan & Brooks, LLP, and in 2013, co-founded Seaman Law LLP with his son, Brian Seaman. His practice areas include real estate, estate planning, elder law, estate administration, business and corporate matters, and municipal law, with a concentration in zoning and planning development.
