About Thomas
Thomas D. Seaman earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Notre Dame in 2001 and his Juris Doctor degree from SUNY Buffalo, School of Law in 2007, graduating Magna Cum Laude and serving as a Publication’s Editor for Buffalo Law Review. He focused on civil litigation, handling numerous personal injury lawsuits, and served as a trial lawyer for two publicly-traded insurance companies for over a decade, gaining intimate knowledge of the insurance industry. In January 2019, he joined Seaman Law LLP as a partner. His practice areas include estate planning, real estate/land transfers, probate and estate administration, trusts, business formation, contracts, and municipal law. He was appointed Town Attorney for the Town of Lockport in January 2021 and also serves as Attorney for the Town of Lewiston Planning Board and Zoning Board.
