About Daniel

Daniel Havican is a trial and litigation attorney whose practice is devoted to representing victims of personal injury. Raised in Palm Harbor, Florida, he received his B.S. in Economics from Florida State University and his J.D. from Stetson University College of Law. After gaining experience in insurance defense, he realized his true calling was to represent individuals injured due to others' negligence.
