Miguel Bouzas is a co-founder and shareholder of Florin Gray, dedicated to protecting the rights of Florida’s employees. He received his B.B.A. in International Business from Stetson University in 2003 and his Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law in 2007, Cum Laude. His extensive experience defending employers has provided him unique insight into how employers analyze, litigate, and ultimately value employment-related claims, which he now uses to his clients' advantage in representing employees.
