Daniel L. Gaustad was admitted to the bar in Montana in 1994 and North Dakota in 1995. He received his B.A. (1989) and J.D. (1994) from the University of North Dakota. He is a member of the State Bar of North Dakota and an adjunct professor at the University of North Dakota School of Law, specializing in estate planning, creditors rights, water law, commercial/business, real estate, appellate practice, tax, and civil litigation.
