Garry A. Pearson

About Garry

Garry A. Pearson (1934-2014) was a founding partner of Pearson Christensen, PLLP. He earned a B.S.B.A. from the University of North Dakota (1956) and a J.D. from the University of North Dakota Law School (1958). He was a Certified Public Accountant and served as a Trial Attorney for the U.S. Department of Justice. Mr. Pearson specialized in federal and state income, estate, and gift taxation, and was admitted to practice in North Dakota (1958) and Minnesota (1988), as well as various federal courts.
