Darrell J. York is a seasoned law professional with over three decades of experience. He served 24 years in law enforcement in California as a police officer and sergeant, working in Internal Affairs, Narcotics Investigation, and as a Patrol Supervisor and Field Training Officer. Admitted to the California State Bar in 1990 and Utah State Bar in 2012, he has successfully represented over 1,000 individuals in criminal cases and achieved substantial settlements in excessive force cases. He continues to represent clients in criminal and police excessive force cases in Salt Lake City.
