Wendy Lewis is a seasoned criminal defense attorney with over three decades of high-stakes litigation and appellate advocacy. A 1991 graduate of the University of Utah College of Law, she has handled complex criminal trials including homicide, rape, and fraud. She served as an Assistant Federal Public Defender for 21 years, specializing in federal sex-offense cases and pioneering probation for young offenders based on brain-development science. She is admitted to practice before Utah’s state and federal courts and the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals.
