About Darwin
Mr. Colston is admitted to practice in all State courts in Tennessee and in federal court. He graduated from Middle Tennessee State University with a B.S. in Criminal Justice Administration in 1997 and received his J.D. from the Nashville School of Law in 2001. He is a past president of the Rutherford/Cannon County Bar Association, and serves as an adjunct professor of political science at Middle Tennessee State University. His areas of practice include criminal law, general civil litigation, and wills and estates, and he is AV® Preeminent™ Peer Review RatedSM by Martindale-Hubbell®.
