About John
Mr. Mitchell is a founder of the firm. He received his B.S. in Business Administration from Middle Tennessee State University in 1961, and his J.D. from the University of Tennessee College of Law in 1966. His practice is limited to criminal defense in State courts and tort litigation, and he has tried countless criminal and civil cases to either a judge or a jury.
