Dave Gormley is a partner at Southern Maryland Law, leading the Bankruptcy and Real Estate departments. He has over 30 years of experience handling bankruptcy and foreclosure cases, having navigated the complex federal legal system since the 1990s. He is admitted to practice in Maryland state courts and all Federal Courts, including the U.S. Bankruptcy Court and the U.S. Supreme Court. Dave joined the firm over 20 years ago after working at another local firm.
