Nasheia Smith is a partner at Southern Maryland Law, focusing her practice on Estate Planning, Probate, and Family Law. Originally from Washington, D.C., she grew up in Clinton and lives in Prince George’s County. Before joining the firm in 2021, she served as an Assistant State’s Attorney in Baltimore and as a family law attorney at a non-profit, assisting over 5,000 clients. She is active in her church and community, and is Treasurer of the Charles County Bar Association.
