David focuses his practice on Criminal Defense. He has more than twenty-five years of daily courtroom experience, has handled thousands of criminal cases and dozens of jury trials. Prior to joining Kitay Law Offices, David served in Lehigh County as an Assistant Public Defender, a Chief Deputy District Attorney, and operated his own private law practice. Born and raised in the Lehigh Valley, David is a graduate of Parkland High School. Outside of work, David enjoys spending time with his wife, Tammi, and two sons, Nick and Zack. He also enjoys music, reading, and following Penn State sports.
