About Sarah
Returning to Kitay Law, Sarah Seman brings a wealth of experience from both sides of the legal aisle. She has previously worked on behalf of employers and insurance carriers at two well-established defense firms and most recently represented claimants applying for medical disability, personal injury, and workers’ compensation in Palmerton, PA. In addition to her extensive experience in workers’ compensation matters, she has represented defendants in criminal cases. Currently, Sarah focuses her practice exclusively on representing injured workers in Pennsylvania workers’ compensation cases. Her dedication to her clients’ well-being and rights is evident in her meticulous approach and unwavering commitment to justice. Outside of her professional life, Sarah enjoys hiking and exploring various walking trails, finding solace and inspiration in nature.
