About David
David Forbes qualified originally in Australia in 1969 and was admitted as a Solicitor in England in 1977. He practiced in London since then, becoming a partner at Cullen & Co in 1980 and then a consultant at Mullinger Banks, where he took charge of the firm’s criminal department. In October 2011, he joined Edwards Duthie Shamash on a consultancy basis. He has over 40 years of experience representing clients charged with almost every type of offence, from minor to serious, and advises on licensing issues.
