About Rajinder
Rajinder Garvey joined the firm in November 1998, having qualified as a solicitor on February 1, 1995. She is a partner with considerable experience in dealing with cases concerning children, injunctions and child abduction. Rajinder specializes in family law, child abduction and forced marriages and conducts advocacy in the majority of her cases and she is a Higher Court solicitor advocate (civil proceedings). Rajinder has particular expertise in care cases and has given lectures in her chosen field of expertise.
