David has 20 years of litigation and trial experience in Missouri, Kansas and Florida. He has tried numerous cases before juries and judges as well as drafting and arguing appellate issues before the Western District Court of Appeals. These included complex multi-million dollar cases in both state and federal courts. David also has experience trying bankruptcy matters on behalf of national corporations and defending insurers in worker’s compensation matters throughout Missouri.
