About David

David K. Allen was born and raised in West Columbia, SC. After graduating from the University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill, David returned to the area and attended law school at the University of South Carolina - School of Law. David spent his first year in practice as a prosecutor in Richland County, primarily handling DUI cases. Since 2009, David has worked in private practice handling Personal Injury claims, Criminal Defense, Family Law disputes, Social Security (and SSI) Disability claims, and certain Probate matters. David cares about West Columbia and the surrounding community of Lexington County. It is his home. He and his father opened The Allen Law Firm, P.A. in 2015 with the hope, intent, and belief that the firm would provide valuable service to area residents for decades to come.
