Kellum W. Allen

Kellum W. Allen was born in Blythewood, SC in 1951 and raised in the Eau Claire section of Columbia, SC. He received his BA degree from the University of South Carolina in 1973 and his JD degree from the USC School of Law in 1976. His first two years of law practice were as Deputy Public Defender in Greenville, South Carolina. He went into the private practice of law in 1978 with the West Columbia Law Firm of Kirkland, Taylor, Wilson, Moore, and Allen.
